My guidance this week has also been to rest. I'm using the time to deepen my connection to the Unseen Realms so that I have a clearer understanding of what is my work to do going forward. In the meantime, I'm doing what I can to spread kindness, joy and peace in my everyday encounters. Grateful to be in community with you, Jera.

I needed this read, so thank you. I also needed the misread moment I had where I saw this:

"We’ll find new allies in unexpected places."

and read "allies" as "aliens." That gave me unexpected hope. I don't even know why. So I'm going to think about it and hold onto it as well.

Letting go of the guilt. I heard today "You didn't cause it, you can't control it, and you can't cure it." I think that's true about the disease of what's happening right now. So I'll keep doing my best, and that's enough.

Even today, I’m writing from bed, choosing to let my dogs direct when we layer up and go into the winter woods to come back, take care of the veteran’s routine that carries on our rhythm, settle into the evening with its dream ritual and hopefully, dreams. Even if I can’t remember the dreamscape tomorrow morning, I trust that Dreamtime is my dose of medicine. This past week felt long, like we’ve all come through something, but it’s only just begun. Thus, each day, I’ll meet what is needed and necessary to get through, to grow. Dream Tenders know you can’t kill the Intolerable (the nightmare figures of dreams or complexes over the waking world). But we can observe, listen to Soma, and honor Psyche’s reach for Wholeness. I may look like I’m staying in bed for the duration; truth is, I’m showing up for my inner work to support others in theirs. Thank you for articulating this cusp of a moment.

That’s beautiful, Charli! It reminds me so much of Rest is Resistance. If you haven’t read it, I recommend it!
